Group discussion held at NWF headquarters

NWF organized a group discussion on May 22 2016 about the labor draft law proposed by the government.  The meeting was attended by representatives of diverse trade unions.  Dr. Niazi Moustafa, professor of social legislation at Cairo University Faculty of Law and member of the law’s draft committee, presented the main clauses included in the proposed Law.  After discussion, representatives of trade unions agreed that a second meeting should be held in order to elaborate specific legal proposals reflecting the ideas raised at the present meeting in order to submit them to the Parliament.
