New Woman organizes a workshop for women from unions in Upper Egypt

In a meeting held on October 29, 2014 in collaboration between the New Woman Foundation and the CEDAW coalition has been the transfer of responsibility to New Woman Foundation to coordinate CEDAW coalition. The meeting dealt with the discussion of shadow report themes which will be presented to the CEDAW Committee in conjunction with the discussion of the Egyptian government for its eighth of the CEDAW Committee.
As has been the election of a new committee to coordinate and follow up the coalition, which is a committee composed of five organizations are managing the coalition and develop a future vision for its activities.
